Bob Donald, a co-founder of cdm eCycling, leads the technical innovation and outgoing material sales business at cdm eCycling. He is an environmental engineer with twenty-eight years experience. He has been in the recycling business for over fifteen years now, the last eleven include computer, paper and cardboard recycling. As a former Deputy Director of Public Works for Harford County, MD, Mr. Donald is accomplished in developing and managing recycling and disposal processes and programs that follow regulations and guidelines set by the Federal, State and Local regulatory authorities. As project manager for two Superfund sites where Harford County was a potentially responsible party, he brings valuable ins and outs to cdm eCycling that one can only gain with real world experience.

Michael Fannon, a co-founder of cdm eCycling, leads the day-to-day operation and financial administration. He has more than thirty years of experience with equipment and processes for the proper handling and disposal of solid and hazardous waste. His experience includes all facets of the waste and recycling industry including developing and operating a mobile shredding system for tires. He spent 15 years in the business of selling and servicing equipment used in the waste industry. Mr. Fannon is currently on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Recyclers Coalition.

Peter Shay is the executive responsible for sales and marketing (incoming materials) at cdm eCycling. He brings over twenty-two years high-tech and leadership experience to the team. Mr. Shay grew up during the computer-boom era starting as software programmer going to project manager, sales and business development executive. During the most recent ten years, Mr. Shay led local business units and national and North American management and technology consulting organizations as director, general manager and vice president. Mr. Shay attended University of Maryland majoring in computer science. He holds an MBA from Loyola College, where he currently is an adjunct professor at the Sellinger School of Management and International Business.
